We agree on your team’s involvement before starting. Typically, we need a main contact, examples of the work, access to the relevant tools, and feedback at scheduled check-ins.
Will I see it before it goes live?
You review working versions and test them with examples from your business. For software and automation, we agree on what needs to be tested and get your approval before anything goes live.
What happens when the project ends?
We deliver the finished work with the access and instructions your team needs to use it. We review results against the goals set at the start. Your proposal explains what follow-up and ongoing maintenance are included.
